Care or compositions
To keep your Reiver bikinis and swimsuits looking perfect as new, we recommend always following these care instructions:
Always rinse with cold water after each use to remove chlorine, salt, and sand residue.
Hand wash using cold water and a mild or neutral detergent.
Do not use fabric softeners or bleach, and do not leave the garment soaking.
Air dry outdoors and always in the shade. Completely avoid tumble drying, ironing, and dry cleaning.
Do not store or leave wet garments rolled up inside your beach bag.
Avoid rough surfaces: Direct contact with rocks can cause snags and pilling on the fabric.
You can find the complete composition of each product directly on its internal label, where we provide precise information about all the materials used.
ORDERS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can cancel your order as long as no more than 1 hour has passed since you placed it. To request a cancellation, write to us at hello@reiverstudio.com
Once this period has passed, your order will enter the preparation phase and it will no longer be possible to make any changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your purchase has been confirmed and processed, you can track its journey in the following ways:
- From your account: If you have registered on our website, simply log in and go to the "Account" section to view the current status of your order in real time.
- Check your email: As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with shipping details and a direct tracking link.
- Courier notification: The carrier will contact you directly via email or SMS to provide you with the tracking number and a link to their own tracking platform.
Can't find the information? If you have any questions or haven't received the links, email us at hello@reiverstudio.com and we will help you locate it immediately.
I have not received my purchase confirmation email.
Don't worry! If you have completed the payment but do not see the email in your inbox, we recommend checking the following points:
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder: Sometimes, automatic emails are mistakenly filtered into these folders. Take a look.
- Verify your email address: Make sure there were no typos when entering your email address during the purchase process.
- Check the charge on your bank statement: Confirm that the payment was processed correctly. If the payment was pending or rejected, the purchase will not have been registered in our system.
- Check your order history: If you registered before purchasing, log in to your Reiver account and check if the order appears in your history.

I've received an incorrect or faulty item.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If your order arrived with an incorrect item or has a manufacturing defect, we will resolve it immediately. Simply follow these steps:
- Take clear photos:If it's an incorrect garment: Take a photo of the received garment and its barcode label.If it's a defective garment: Take photos clearly showing the defect, the garment's label, and the shipping package (especially if it arrived damaged or tampered with by the courier).
- Write us an email: Send an email to hello@reiverstudio.com explaining what happened.
- Attach the information: Don't forget to include your order number and attach the photos you've taken.
Our team will review your case with priority and will respond as soon as possible to arrange the exchange or collection at no cost to you.
SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Rates & Delivery times
Standard Shipping:
-Peninsula (2-3 business days): 4.90€
-Balearic Islands (2-3 business days): 6.50€
Orders are shipped the next business day after purchase.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak demand periods — such as launches or promotional periods — preparation times may be slightly extended.
Pre-order products will be shipped once their production process is complete.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
Product prices do not include shipping costs. These are calculated automatically during the checkout process, before completing the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is attributable to us.
In exceptional situations where an order is returned to our warehouse, the costs associated with return shipping and handling will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Which areas do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Unfortunately, the service is not currently available for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, nor do we offer international shipping. We hope to reach more locations very soon!
How can I make a return?
We want to make the process as easy and simple as possible for you. To get started, all you need is your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
Return Fees
The cost of the label service will be automatically deducted from the total amount to be refunded based on your area:
- Spain (Peninsula): Flat rate of €6
- Balearic Islands: Flat rate of €12
Once the process has begun, we will provide you with a ready-to-use shipping label and all detailed step-by-step instructions.
Please remember that all returns and exchanges must be sent in their original condition, with labels and hygiene protector completely intact.
For hygiene reasons, garments must always be tried on over underwear.

Exchange fees
- Spain (Peninsula): first exchange €5. From the second exchange onwards, the cost will be €10 (includes return label and new shipment).
- Balearic Islands: Fixed fee of €11 (includes return label and new shipment).
Once the process has begun, we will provide you with a ready-to-use shipping label and detailed step-by-step instructions.
Remember that all returns and exchanges must be sent in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene protectors fully intact.
For hygiene reasons, garments must always be tried on over underwear.
