Refund policy
We hope you'll love your Reiver bikinis. If you still need to make an exchange or return, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order.

For the return to be accepted, the package must be dropped off at the carrier's office within this 15-day period.
EXCHANGES
We manage exchanges through our returns portal, with a fixed fee that covers both the return and the new shipment. As soon as we receive and approve your return, we'll send out your exchange right away.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All returns and exchanges must be sent back in their original condition, with tags and hygiene liner intact. For hygiene reasons, garments must always be tried on over underwear.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
You must also include the proof of purchase you received with the items you're returning or exchanging inside the package.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, the order will go through an inspection process. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. Reiver Studio reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange or return that does not meet these conditions.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or that do not belong to our store. In these cases, no refund or reshipment of the garment will be issued. The customer will be responsible for arranging collection of these items, at their own shipping cost.
Returns are not accepted for items that have already been exchanged once.
Each order must be handled and returned separately, using its corresponding order number. If you placed several orders, you'll need to process an independent return for each one.
Reiver Studio reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent after the established deadline.
Original shipping costs and any amount paid for delivery logistics are non-refundable.
RETURNS
We provide shipping labels for all authorized returns and exchanges. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your items, we'll issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective items.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We're sorry if any of your Reiver Studio items didn't arrive in perfect condition.
Please write to us at hello@reiverstudio.com with a photo of the item and your order number so we can review it as soon as possible.
Once we've reviewed your case, Reiver Studio will cover the corresponding shipping and return costs. We'll assess the defect and reserve the right to repair or replace it. If we don't have stock for a replacement, a full refund for the item will be issued.
Please note that damage caused by improper use, incorrect garment care, or normal wear and tear will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
