Refund policy

We hope you love your Reiver bikinis. If you still need to make an exchange or return, you have 15 days from the receipt of your order.

For the return to be accepted, the package must be delivered to the carrier's office within this 15-day period.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All returns and exchanges must be sent in their original condition, with tags and hygiene liner intact. For hygiene reasons, garments must always be tried on over underwear.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

In addition, it is essential to include the purchase receipt you received with the order inside the package, along with the items to be returned or exchanged.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, the order will go through an inspection process. It is essential that the items are in the same condition as when they were received. Reiver Studio reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange or return that does not meet these conditions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, stained or that do not belong to our store. In these cases, no refund will be issued nor will the item be reshipped. The customer will be responsible for collecting such items, assuming the shipping costs.

Returns of items that have previously been exchanged are not accepted.

Each order must be managed and returned individually, using the corresponding order number. If you placed multiple orders, you must process a separate return for each one.

Reiver Studio reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established timeframe.

Original shipping costs and any amounts paid for delivery logistics are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping is €6 for Peninsular Spain and €12 for the Balearic Islands, which will be automatically deducted from the final refund.

In Spain (Peninsula), the first exchange costs €5. From the second exchange onwards, the cost will be €10 (includes the return label and new shipment).

In the Balearic Islands, the exchange fee is €11 (includes the return label and new shipment).

In European Union countries, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for store credit and place a new order.

EXCHANGES

We manage exchanges through our returns portal, with a fixed cost that covers both the return and the new shipment. As soon as we receive and accept your return, we will dispatch your exchange immediately.

Spain (Peninsula): The first exchange costs €5. From the second exchange onwards, the cost will be €10 (includes the return label and new shipment).

Balearic Islands: The exchange fee is €11 (includes the return label and new shipment).

EU: We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for store credit and place a new order.

RETURNS

We provide shipping labels for all authorised returns and exchanges. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty items.

Spain (Peninsula): Fee of €6.

Balearic Islands: Fee of €12.

European Union: Fee of €10–17, depending on location.

FAULTY ITEMS

We are sorry if any of your Reiver Studio items have not arrived in perfect condition.

Please write to us at hello@reiverstudio.com attaching an image of the item and your order number so we can review it as soon as possible.

Once your case has been reviewed, Reiver Studio will cover the corresponding shipping and return costs. We will assess the defect and reserve the right to repair or replace the item. If stock is not available for a replacement, a full refund of the item will be issued.

Please note that damage caused by improper use, incorrect garment care or normal wear and tear from use will not be considered manufacturing defects.
