Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER €75 

Standard Shipping:

- Peninsula (2-3 business days): €4.90

- Balearic Islands (2-3 business days): €6.50

- EU (2-7 business days): Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Orders are dispatched the next business day after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak demand periods — such as launches or promotional periods — preparation times may be slightly extended.

Pre-order products will be shipped once their production process is complete.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can check its status at any time.

Product prices do not include shipping costs. These are automatically calculated during the checkout process, before completing your purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is attributable to us.

Responsibility and order delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, correct and up-to-date shipping address. We do not ship to PO boxes.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is refused by the recipient, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the costs associated with the return shipping and handling will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. These costs will vary depending on the destination and the rate applied by the carrier.
